Cooking grains

Q Does eating cooked grains negate the raw diet?

A No, not at all Erin. A high raw diet is very supportive nutritionally for just about any diet. Some feel cooked grains are not a good food choice, but millions of people around the world live on a mainstay of cooked grains so they can’t be all bad. The portion of your diet that is comprised of raw foods will help boost your health and provide nutrients not found in the grains and other foods. I think if you eat high raw, 75% to 85% then you have the potential to be as healthy as anyone you know.

There are many raw recipes here on the website that will pair well with your cooked grains.
