Fruit of Arthritis Juice

Fruit of Arthritis Juice is good for what ails you and has helped many people with sore joints.

Ingredients

Peeled and cut fresh pineapple chunks of one medium size pineapple

1 green cardamom

1 inch fresh ginger (peeled and cut)

Blend or juice all the above in a slow juicer and enjoy a different flavour and taste.

Cardamom is a spice and may be found in Asian markets if not available from your local grocery.

Dried cardamom?

Can you just soak a dried cardamon pod and then juice it? I have never seen a green cardamon.

How long will this juice keep in the fridge?

****Most juices will keep to some degree up to 24 hours although nutrients start to decline as soon as the juice is made. Fresh is best.
