Fungus and Yeast Buster

by Hugh

Fungus and Yeast Buster juice is excellent for eradicating fungal and yeast issues. Most if not all of today’s health issues can be traced back to the bio-terrain of the body, with fungal and yeast problems playing a major role.

Yeast infections, fungus in the toe or fingernails, and various fungal skin issues are but symptoms of a systemic fungal and yeast issue, which can have a serious impact on overall health as time goes by.

Sugar cravings are a sure sign you have yeast and fungal issues. That’s not you craving sweets…it’s the fungus, yeast, and parasites living inside you calling for what the love to eat.

Taking this juice twice a day on an empty stomach would be great. On the weekends doing a juice fast with this and other similar juices would really kick start things. Perhaps juice all day and have a healthy solid meal for dinner.

Ingredients for Fungus and Yeast Buster

1/3 head of green cabbage (very large head)

1/2 bunch of dandelion greens

4 to 5 stalks of celery

2” chunk of fresh ginger root

1 whole lemon

2 sprigs of fresh rosemary (optional)

3 drops of oregano oil (optional)

Yields 4 cups of juice

What Else Can be Done?

This juice recipe is only part of what you will need to do if you want to overcome fungal and yeast issues. The severity and length of time you’ve had these issues will determine your approach to heal and establish a healthy bio-terrain.

If you are relatively young and have minor symptoms you may be able to cut out all sugars and refined foods while you partake of healthy foods like raw greens and vegetables, and healing juices like this one.

On the other hand if you have had recurring or ongoing fungal and yeast issues for years you may have to play hardball to completely re-balance your system and move forward with a healthy foundation.

What to Leave Out

That would mean a diet void of:

All animal products

All grains and their by-products

Alcohol

No yeast of any kind

All sweeteners except stevia

All fruits except cucumber, lemon, lime, tomato, and avocado

Fruit juices

Vegetables like potatoes, yams, sweet potato, squash, carrots, beets, mushrooms

Cashews and peanuts (prone to contain fungus and mycotoxins)

Soy sauce and nama shoyu (raw soy sauce)

Malted products and carob

All heated oil except for coconut oil

Fermented foods

All processed foods- including canned, microwaved, and refined.

Also no cooked foods more than 24 hours old.

After just a few days on a healing diet your sugar cravings will begin to subside and until then you can use stevia to sweeten if need be.

This regime should be followed for 3 months to make sure the deeply entrenched fungus and yeasts are starved out. I know this sound like a huge task, but I assure you the reward will be worth it for those of you that persevere.

What Can I Eat?

Try to eat organic, as much raw as you can, and from whole food sources. Try to include cruciferous vegetables, onion, garlic, hot pepper, and anti-fungal herbs throughout your diet.

You can eat:

Most vegetables, but not those that are high-glycemic

Nuts and seeds

Coconut pulp (coconut butter) and coconut oil

Legumes

Chlorella and Spirulina

Lemon and Lime

Sea vegetables

Stevia

You can eat other oils, but I feel the chance they are oxidized or contain mycotoxins is generally not worth the risk. I favor fats from whole foods like nuts, seeds, avocado with the exception of coconut oil because of the anti-fungal properties it has.

More Help

There are other things that you can do that will aid in the process and perhaps even expedite it. Saunas, particularly infrared saunas that heat from the inside out would be very helpful. Fresh air, sunshine, and exercise all contribute their healing ways to rebalance the bio-terrain.

Coconut oil contains both caprylic acid and lauric, which have strong anti-fungal, anti-mycotic, and anti-viral properties. Add it in to your diet as freely as you like. Be aware though if you have a heavy fungal presence you may want to start slow and build up as the die off of fungus can lead to flu like symptoms.

Oregano oil is a strong antiviral and yeast inhibitor. You may want to add in an herbal detox program that contains things like clove, black walnut hull, and other herbs known to kill fungus and parasites.

Activated charcoal is great for cleansing the intestines and can be found in some prepackaged cleanses.

It very important that you’re bowels are moving at least 2 times a day if not 3. You want the dead debris out of your body ASAP. Taking a few enemas or having a few colonics done during this time may greatly increase your comfort.

Hopefully lots of fiber in your diet will get things moving and keep it that way, but if you need to take something to get regular then try something like the Healthforce Intestinal Movement Formula, from Health Force Nutritionals, or Colon Cleanser & Natural Laxative Overnight Constipation Relief by Global Healing Center. These are gentle on the system and usually short term use will be enough to get things moving and keep it that way.

There’s never a better time than right now to start the healing and set a good foundation for the years to come. Feel free to email me from the website with any questions that may come up for you.
