Ginger Hopper with Lemon

This is another version of the original ginger hopper, which consists of carrot, apple juice, and a chunk of fresh ginger root. This is a very refreshing juice that is great any time of year. It has a fairly good calorie count so is good before a workout, or afterwards to recover.
Drinking juice before a workout is an excellent way to fuel up but not fill up. If you eat a solid meal before a workout the meal will most likely not digest well. The same goes for after a workout. You want to get nutrition back into your body as quickly and easily as possible and fresh juice is ideal for that.
Run all the ingredients through your juicer and enjoy!
