If you don't own a juicer you can put everything in your blender to make a go green smoothie.
2 carrots, pealed
2 cucumbers, peeled unless they are organic
4 stalks of celery
1 red apple
1 orange
1 pear
1 lemon
1 piece of fresh ginger root
1 handful of spinach
1 handful of parsley
*****I personally would not peel and of my fruits and veggies when juicing due to the high nutritional content in the peels, however I do use all homegrown or organic produce.
This juice looks to be another power packed nutritional juice that is also very easy on the taste buds. The apple orange and pear add sweetness, as do the carrots that make this juice a great choice even for beginners that usually can’t stomach some of the harsher green drinks.
I also love the use of fresh ginger root and lemon, two very exciting flavors that also add many healthy ingredients to the mix. The cucumber adds plenty of fresh filtered water and the celery much needed minerals.
Spinach is one of my favorite vegetables and also a powerhouse of nutrition all on its own. One of the many benefits of spinach is that it contains quite a bit of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is a great purifier and carries oxygen into the digestive system.
The parsley while not as palatable as the spinach is equally endowed with life enhancing nutritional goodness.
