Grape and Blueberry Smoothie

by Hugh

I used concord grapes for this smoothie, but you can use any grapes you like. I prefer to eat grapes with seeds when possible as the seeds actually contain many nutrients. This smoothie doesn’t get any bluer, and it tastes absolutely fantastic. This is a great fall smoothie, but can be enjoyed anytime of the year. You can experiment with the ingredients and see what you can create. Give it a try…I think you’ll be glad you did.

1 orange

8 ounces of fresh or frozen blue berries (thawed)

1 ½ lbs grapes

1 head of romaine lettuce

1 ripe banana

1 tsp. chia seed

small chunk of fresh ginger root

1 T super green powder (optional)

1 small hot pepper (optional)
