A Yes, sunlight can definitely affect how fast the nuts and seeds deteriorate. I use old glass jars from Vitamineral Green or other products with colored glass if I have them, then store nuts and seeds in the fridge.

You can purchase little canning jars at most grocery stores or online, although they are made of clear glass, but that’s not so important as they’ll be stored in the dark fridge.
