Stuffing
1 cup cashews (any nut really)
1 cup walnuts (again any nut)
1 red bell pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp coconut oil
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 cup water from soaked raisins or dates
Blend all indredients to gether in food processor or blender (I like a chunky blend)
Jalapeno
Core the seeds from peppers carfully without splitting pepper (don't beat up yourself if it splits it will eat the same way).
Carfully stuff each pepper with stuffing. and dehydrate until skin starts to shrivel.
Top with onion flakes and paprika and chili power. POP EM IN YOUR MOUTH!!!
