This juice fast recipe is the real deal. I made this my first time fasting and lost 45 pounds in just 12 days. I was thirty-two and looked eighteen again. LOVED IT, this gave me tons of energy.

3 WHOLE BUNCHES OF KALE
20 STALKS OF CELERY
1 BAG OF GREEN GRAPES
2 INCH OF GINGER
5 lb BAG OF GALA APPLE/FUJI (SKIN ON, NO SEEDS/STEM)
1 CARTON OF STRAWBERRIES
1 lb CARROTS
4 BUNCHES BABY SPINACH
2 ENGLISH CUCUMBERS
1 LEMON
1 PINEAPPLE (RIND REMOVED)
5 PEARS
1/2 CABBAGE

Inas, the recipe submitter does not say what the yield is, but it appears to be about a gallon of fresh juice. Juicing this quantity all at once may seem like a chore, however you have your juicing done for the day and don’t have to clean your juicer a half a dozen times.
I always say fresh is best, meaning the nutritional value is at its highest when the juice is first made, but if this recipe method suits your particular schedule then by all means go for it. The important thing is that you’re juicing.
