Kick Start

2 Apples

2 Carrots

2 Stalks Celery

1 Large Cucumber

1 Clove of Garlic

Mix all together and enjoy

Absolutely delicious! Am planning to hit the store to get more ingredients to make it again. Garlic wasn't overpowering, just a subtle tang on the end of each sip.

A few changes

I changed up this recipe for a bit. I exchanged one of the carrots for 1/2 of a beet, I added 1 cucumber and 1/2 of a sweet potato...It was nice!!!

I didn't add the garlic based on previous reviews, taste pretty good, it is dueable.

The only thing I will change next time is not use a garlic clove. I find juicing garlic gives a very strong bite to the juice. Or use a much smaller clove. Thank you for a great receipe !!

Just remember how great garlic is for the body's immune system. it might not taste ideal but if you add blueberries and slam it you get a quick dose of super juice.
