1 zuccini squash shredded
1 cucumber shredded
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 large tomato chopped
double handful of your favorite sprouts
1 avocado chopped
¼ bunch flat leaf parsley chopped
½ handful of chopped dulse
Juice of ½ lemmon
Minced hot pepper (optional)
1 cup seed/nut cheese or spicy tomato sauce
1 head of your favorite lettuce
Mix all ingredients except for the seed cheese and lettuce together in a bowl. Spoon ingredients into single lettuce leaves and top with seed cheese or spicy tomato sauce. You can change this up by adding different herbs and veggies.
