Lowering Blood pressure with juices

Q Is there any specific vegetable or juice blend helpful in lowering blood pressure?

A I think most juices would be good for lowering blood pressure because they are cleansing and full of great nutrients. The other factor with juicing is that you are replacing at least some solid food, and perhaps some foods that are not all that healthy and contribute to high blood pressure.

Including more juices and raw foods in general in your diet will leave less room for those other foods and create a healthier you in many many ways. A little exercise everyday will be very helpful as well as fresh air and a little sunshine.
