My Go To Juice

by Trish
(Lake Gaston, Va)

I've been having this most mornings. After I make my juice and put it in a glass, I put the glass in the freezer while I clean my machine. It only takes me a few minutes, and the short time in the freezer adds a nice chill on my juice. I recently stopped drinking coffee, and this juice has been a great substitution! I no longer miss coffee!

2 carrots

1 celery

2 large leaves of kale

1 large stalk of broccoli

1 handful of spinach

1 golden delicious apple

1/2 cucumber
