My Main Green

This makes 3 x 16oz
2 pears
1 apple
1.5 cucumber
half a romain lettuce (7 leaves)
1 or 2 stalks of celery
150 - 200g spinach (half a bag)
1 lemon (i cut half the rind off)
inch of ginger
Fine on its own, but I blend with 1 avocado.
I also add
1 teaspoon of wheatgrass powder and spirulina powder.
This juice takes me to dinner.
