2 bananas
2 oranges (peeled)

You can add little or less grapes depending on grape

Good to start & Extremely Thick
by: Newbie Linda

This is my very first fruit smoothie and it tastes great. You can really taste each fruit item. The bananas make it really thick but it could be watered down with ice cubes. I will cut the oranges to 1-1/2 vice two. This made two large (12 oz) smoothies for me and my hubby. We're both on our way to gettin' healthy! :o)

If you want to make it healthier yet add in some leafy greens like romaine lettuce or spinach. :-)
