This Peach Tree Green juice is good for building bone mass. It may be helpful for arthritis, as it reduces inflammation and eases joint pains.
I love this juice for another reason too. When my non-juicing company sat down for breakfast, I opened with this juice. They thought it was delicious and drank it all up. The iceberg was only .99 a head, the cabbage less than that. Peaches were on sale the day before and so I happened to have them on hand. The grapes gave it a nice 'zip'. I managed to serve four large adults with this inexpensive and very healthy juice!
1 head iceberg lettuce (you could use any variety of lettuce, but iceberg works well)
1/2 head green cabbage
1 inch square of fennel bulb (be generous)
2 inches ginger root (again, be generous)
4 peaches (remove the pit!)
10 grapes-green if you can, but any will do

This recipe sounds really great and one that I will give a try. I love fennel and ginger and look forward to sampling of this fusion of great flavors. ~Hugh
