AMAZING
by: Katie

I just made this!! It tastes exactly like pizza!!
I am so pleased, because I could not find a veggie based juice that I could handle without holding my nose...and now I do! And it tastes amazing! I added oregano, cayenne pepper, and cilantro too and it tastes so great. Thank you very much!

Wonderful recipe
by: Milley

Wow this pizza is really exciting. I have just prepared it and once it sits a minute the exact flavor of pizza pops out. It is a good dish that can be prepared for guest. It can be prepared in less than 30 minutes.

Easy on the onion
by: Charlie Mann

I found that the whole onion was excessive and made it very difficult/impossible to drink. Try just 1/2 or 1/4 onion. ...or maybe I did something else wrong.

***Hugh's Reply**** No I think you're right on Charlie, probably best to go light on the onion.

Help!
by: Cindy

My son and I are juicing and we made this recipe for some friends we had over. It turned out HORRIBLE! It was more like salsa but INTENSELY hot! Did we do something wrong? Could you be more specific on the portion size...maybe the onion and jalapeno were too big??? I don't know but it was HOT HOT HOT!

****Hugh's reply****

I would cut back on the onion and jalapeno for sure Cindy, and then give it another try. Juicing really picks up and transfers the flavors of food directly to the juice without any fiber or fat to buffer the taste so it's best to go easy on ingredients that could be volatile.
