2 Peeled Kiwi's

4 Pieces of Kale

1/2 Lime

2 Apples

6 large Strawberries.

I add just a touch of Organic Stevia because I have a sweet tooth. Juice for 2. This will give you a great short rush of energy. I use this blend before a workout or any exercise regiment.

by: Quinn L. Deason

What a perfect blend of energy drink which is very simple to make as well! I'm just relying on this whenever I go for the work-outs at gym. This is giving me instant energy and is letting me to work more hours than the regular ones.

The lime and strawberries work great together in this drink to give it the great taste. No sweetener required for me and hubby. Great. Thanks for posting this.

Loved it! I doubled the amount of strawberries because I love them! I also left out the lime because I didn't have any. It made about 15 oz.
