Really loved this combination. used 1/2 small red cabbage, 1/4 large pineapple, 1/2 lg pomegranate, and left out the grapes b/c i didn't have any on hand. i will definitely be making this one again! :)

Peel?

Do I peel the pomegranate?


*****Hugh's reply~ You can juice the whole thing and your juicer should separate the juice from the non-edible portion. I have used a citrus juicer for pomegranates with good results also.

how much of each ingredient do i put in juicer?




***Hugh's reply***** Mac didn't include any quantities, so I would say just experiment. I wouldn't think you could go wrong.
