It doesn't get much easier than this one. Quick to prepare, easy on the digestive system, and virtually no clean up! The true flavors of each component really come through in this simple meal making it ever so enjoyable.
Oranges followed by sprouts and spinach. That's it. You could follow with 1/2 an avocado or a few soaked nuts or seeds if you're looking to get some fat in for the day.
