Raw Cream Cheese Sauce

1 cup truly raw cashews

½ cup sesame seeds

juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon kelp powder or dulse flakes

1” piece of fresh ginger root chopped

pure water as needed

Soak the cashews and sesame seeds overnight. Drain and rinse. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high for 10 seconds or until creamy. Keep unused portion will keep in the fridge for a few days.

You could add a few cilantro leaves, cumin powder or other spices to change up the flavor.
