Raw Food saved my life!

3 years ago I was extremely ill, with the first stages of blood cancer, as well as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and not surprisingly, depression!

I came to the U.S. with my family in a wheelchair, unable to walk for even short periods of time, with no energy, and extreme pain in my body.

Out of God's grace, I stumbled upon raw food and decided to take it on 100% - basically I was juicing, making my own almond milk and having simple salads and dressings. After 2 weeks, I couldn't believe the difference.

I have never looked back.

Now I am healthy, vibrant and energetic, exercising every day and looking after my health, our number 1 asset!

I share my experience and enthusiasm with others, and became a certified raw food chef and instructor to teach people how to improve their health.

My business Live Food Academy is based in Sacramento and holds raw food classes, seminars, talks and workshops, catering events and lifestyle retreats.
