Sprout Salad
¼ cup sprouted lentils
¼ cup sprouted chick peas
¼ cup sprouted peas
1 handful each of mung bean, alfalfa, sunflower (greens), and fenugreek sprouts
1 pinch each of onion, radish and broccoli sprouts
juice of ½ lemon
¼ cup dulse flakes (optional)
1 handful of walnuts soaked overnight, rinsed and chopped or 10 raw olives chopped
Mix all ingredients together in bowl and enjoy.
