Tastes Great & Lose Weight

I lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks drinking 2 large glasses a day and one normal meal in the evening.

The juice recipe I use is:

3 apples

3 carrots

¼ cucumber

1 pound of red grapes

1 orange

2 slices of pineapple

It's really tasty and good for you.

**********This sounds like a wonderful juice recipe and has certainly given results, but I would like to see some leafy greens in the recipe to add alkalinity and minerals. Leafy greens rock!

Strawberries & kale??

I've noticed that strawberries are not included into juicing, is there a reason? I think Kale would be ideal. I'm going to add these two ingredients and follow up with my review!

*******Strawberries with their seeds and pulpier make-up can be juiced, but there is waste and with that, nutritional loss. Strawberries go great in smoothies though.

Suitability for diabetics

Is this juice suitable for people with type 2 diabetes?

***** Some would say it's OK and others would be aghast at the thought with so much fruit. You need to check in with your own health care provider to see what they have to say. There are conflicting ideas about what is appropriate food for diabetics.
