Tomato Cucumber Chowder

2 large heirloom tomatoes
I medium cucumber
5 pieces of okra
Cilantro
½ avocado
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
Handful of sprouts
5 or 6 raw pitted olives
Blend all ingredients in food processor until desired consistency is reached.
Optional
Fresh corn off the cob
Basil or parsley instead of cilantro
Hot peppers
Leave out the okra if you want a thinner consistency
Dulse instead of olives
