Q) Hello, I was diagnosed with Non Hodgkins Follicular lymphoma & was wondering what the best juicing recipe would be to help support the lymphatic system?
I am NOT on any medication or chemo. I am on "wait & watch" until I become symptomatic.
Any info would be greatly appreciated :)
Thank you, Ruby
A) I cannot really tell you what would be best for your disease because I am not a licensed health care professional, but I can tell you most juices are great for cleansing.
The green bitter juices help cleanse the liver, which is paramount for enjoying good health. I believe green juices in general, with perhaps an apple or pear to sweeten if needed are the great healers of our time.
Of course we need to nourish and cleanse more than the biological body, one must look to heal the bio electric body as well. Drinking juices can help with this as they lighten the burden on the body so it can heal, but many other modalities can be helpful, even daily whole body self massage.
If you are interested in a wonderful book on alternative self healing modalities I recommend Cancer-Free: Your Guide to Gentle, Non-toxic Healing, by Bill Henderson. It's well worth the money spent. If you check out the reviews you'll get an idea of how useful this book really is.
Best to you for a quick and vibrant recovery.
